Recently I planned a surprise 40th birthday Celebration for a friend’s wife and it was truly a Mission Impossible, because she is a busy lady and getting something past her was a job. Getting her guest list, without full disclosure, putting a childhood picture on the birthday cake, ordering and picking up not one but two cakes for the celebration and more… that’s what I do.
